Admission fees & cash-free payments
A cash-free payment system is in operation at the KissSalis Thermal Spa. This system works via a microchip wristband, which will be handed to you at the counter. After admission, additional services such as restaurant facilities or mud treatments in the mud room will be charged to your microchip wristband and paid for either in cash or by EC debit card/credit card on leaving.
How do the lockers work?
You may select a locker of your choice. A safe compartment and locker can be locked with each microchip wristband. In order to close the lock, press the microchip against it and turn the lock to the left when it flashes. The locker can be opened by pressing the microchip against the lock again. Please make sure you remember your locker number. Lockers for valuables are located in the corridor behind the counter.
Items for hire
Towels and bathrobes may be hired at the counter and are subject to a rental fee. Children´s buggies may be rented free of charge, however. Woollen blankets are also available for hire in the SaunaPark.
Fancy a massage?
Please make your massage appointment in good time by phoning 0049 (971) 12 18 00-21 or online. We will be pleased to provide you with details on our eclectic range of wellness treatments over the phone.
Hygiene & Safety
By showering prior to swimming or using the sauna, you will be a great help to us in maintaining water quality and hygiene standards. Thank you. Please use a sauna towel to sit on when using the saunas. Wearing bathing shoes will also reduce the risk of slipping and other accidents.
Consideration for others
Out of consideration for all guests, we would be grateful if you refrained from reserving loungers and seats. Baskets are available for depositing your belongings. Should the need arise, our employees are instructed to clear any reserved loungers.
In the SpaWorld you will find microchip stations at which you can check your current time credits.
When leaving the KissSalis Thermal Spa, please remember to take your belongings and valuables with you and to leave your locker door open. Should you have any outstanding payments to make, please go to our staff at the exit counter or use our pay machines. Should no additional payments be outstanding, you will be able to leave the thermal spa straight away by passing through the turnstile.
