Attention - access from the A7 has changed

Attention: Access is changed until 30 November due to the closure at the crossing at Garitz:

  • A7 from Fulda: Take the offramp at Bad Brückenau / Wildflecken and from there go via Geroda/Klaushof/Kissinger Ring to the KissSalis Thermal Spa
    OR: Choose the offramp Hammelburg/Bad Kissingen (no detour!)
  • A7 from Würzburg: Choose the offramp Hammelburg/Bad Kissingen (no detour!)
  • If you come from the direction of Oberthulba, please follow the detour signs

You can park your car at more that 400 parking spaces for free and there are also parking spaces for buses and mobile homes. There is also a charging station for your electric vehicle.

How do you get to us?

Bad Kissingen is situated midway between Fulda and Würzburg.
If you come from Meiningen and Erfurt as well as Aschaffenburg, the KissSalis Thermal Spa is also easily accessible.

By car

In Bad Kissingen the way to the thermal bath is signposted well.

Are you coming via the highway?

From the A7 - from the north / from the direction of Fulda - you have to leave the highway due to current detours/construction work on the highway offramp at Bad Brückenau/Wildflecken und travel over Geroda/Klaushof/Kissinger Ring to the KissSalis Thermal Spa.
From the A7 - from a southwesterly direction / from Würzburg - take the highway offramp Hammelburg/ Bad Kissingen.
From the A71 from the direction of Erfurt or Bamberg take the highway offramp Oerlenbach/Bad Kissingen.

By rail

From the station at Bad Kissinger take the city bus line 2, 5 or 7 to Münchner street.
From there, you will get right to the KissSalis Thermal Spa taking Line 8.

During the day there are hourly trains in the direction of Schweinfurt/ Würzburg.

By public bus

City bus line 8 in the direction of the KissSalis Thermal Spa Garitz/ Seeplatz (Monday to Saturday).

Charging stations - for your e-car and your e-bike

At the KissSalis Thermal Spa the Stadtwerke Bad Kissingen GmbH offers charging stations for e-bikes as well as e-cars.
At the station two cars can be charged at once and can conveniently be used with the app „charge it easy“, rates can be found HERE.
You can find the charging station at the small parking place of the KissSalis Thermal Spa (drive up Heiligenfelder Allee and turn in right before the KissSalis Thermal Spa at the parking place).

At the charging station for bikes (at the right at the cycle stands next to the main entrance to the KissSalis Thermal Spa), you can conveniently charge the battery for your e-bike, while visiting the thermal baths.
