In order to ensure that the treatments in the Wellness Pavilion run smoothly, we would ask you to note the following:

All times may vary slightly. Individual treamtments lasting longer than 25 minutes and not purchased as part of a package will be added to your spa time. Prices for individual treatmens apply to visitors who have paid the admission fee. Against a surcharge, the treatments can also be booked without paying the admission fee.  

Reservations

You will need to make an appointment for all treatments in the WellnessPavillon. These appointments are binding but may be changed free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you are late for your appointment your treatment ends as scheduled and will not be extended. Before entering the Spa area on your treatment day, be sure to pick up your schedule from the consulting and sales team. Our staff is at your disposal for any queries from 9 to 6 pm.
